Samantha Lee has been awesome handling our account. She responds very rapidly and very big on communication and updates. She even has personally delivered our orders to save us time and it is very much appreciated. Pricing is good as well and love the fact that they are local to our lab. Been purchasing from Leap Pal Parts for our a decade and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend them.

LEAP PAL's prices are super competitive and Samantha Lee is such a great sales rep! She is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products...and she's always making me laugh!
