The salesman who served us today seemed like he was on drugs. Couln't string more than a few sentences together before talking about something utterly unrelated. We bought a pendant and he ended up showing us pictures of slaughtered animals on his phone for 20 minutes while we tried to escape. Very very strange interactions. Don't trust their pricing, they came down almost half from the originally quoted price.

Buyer Beware I have been a customer since their opening in Five Points and very happy with the products. I made a purchase two years ago a ring and gift for my wife. The ring was too small and was returned to have resized. I was told of the charge which would amount to 1/3 the purchase price or could wait for new replacement. I was given store credit at this time. Went back a couple of times without finding a suitable replacement Before Christmas this past year I went back to store for another gift purchase with plans to use credit toward partial purchase price Owner and Husband stated that accounting system had changed and that a trip to storage was required to confirm the credit of printed store credit receipt that I had in hand Payed for purchase with credit and waited for credit to be applied to the card After a very difficult time contacting them regarding the credit their story changed and that I needed to contact ex employee to settle the matter. Final contact I was told that if I were a better customer they could honor store credit and that store credit is only good for one year ( nothing stated about this on credit printout ) Buyer Beware

I had an absolutely horrible experience buying a custom engagement ring from Kerry Catherine. When I posted a more detailed review online, they threatened me with a lawsuit.

In hoping to save you all some and significant amounts of money, I recommend you go elsewhere. Kerry Catherine is talented and she is kind. Unfortunately, her pieces don't stand up very well and the customer service left me spending more that I was quoted- I fought for the different price and lost, I was blamed for all additional work (I"ve had the band 7 years and have had to bring it back three significant times), and I hung up in tears.

i called them to see if they did jewelry repair. the person who answered the phone got overly suspicious and told me to take my business elsewhere.
