We recently purchased a $7000 ring with this store, and as part of the deal, this store refurbished another ring that had been in the family 40 years. Six weeks later, the central stone fell out of the refurbished ring and we lost it. The store refused to accept any responsibility, despite acknowledging the very unlikely coincidence. They refused to acknowledge even the possibility that they may have indirectly caused the loss, and did not offer to help us at at all.
Stay away, this business is clearly not interested in building a lasting relationship with good customers.
