BizMaids - Cleaning, Sanitation & Janitorial Services in Raleigh

CONTRACTORS BEWARE I contracted from this company over a month ago and have yet to get paid for our services. They do not answer the phone and after many attempts finally someone answered and told us they lost the contract with the commercial building windows that we had already cleaned a month ago and never paid us. We love having BizMaids provide weekly cleaning services for our non-profit facility. They are professional, responsive, and take their time to ensure everything is cleaned to our expectation. Bizmaids janitorial services did our post construction clean up and now cleans our office every other week. They’re fast, professional and affordable. Absolutely incredible service, and I am definitely going to keep using these cleaners for future cleaning services. The team is friendly, professional and courteous. The office looks great each time and they are very, very thorough. I love it when the sunlight streams through the clean windows, it makes our workdays better. Thank you for such high-level service. Definitely hire them if you need a commercial cleaning.

My experience with this company was horrible I learned a lot being a new contractor. I learned every business is not trustworthy and it pains me to say that this was the case. First I was promised after the job was completed that I would be paid shortly after instead they dodged me for almost a month before I got in contact with someone. When I finally got in contact with someone the lady acted like she couldn't speak English but I remembered her from when she let us in the building to do the work, then she gives me another managers number to call because they said the guy that I originally had the agreement with no longer worked for them his name is Mohamed. The manager I got in touch with didn't know of the agreement we had made and kept saying he would get back to me about our payment which he never did but come to find out Mohamed never stopped working there the contractors and I were lied too. We were all affected by the non payment and lost time. We cleaned 400+ windows which we could only work at night and one of the nights was below freezing temperatures so contractors beware of this company they will use you and they will not pay you
