Went in for lunch in a workday. Ordered from the "pronto" menu. Waited and waited. Watched 2 tables who came in a considerable time after us get their food. Our's finally came right as we needed to be walking out the door. We asked for the food to boxed up. Two rude waitresses later we left. No one apologized. The waitress never acknowledged it was using a long time. Bad experience.

I'm really sad most of the reviewers on here had such bad experiences. My boyfriend and I had dinner at Johnny Carino's for the first time last night and we LOVED it. We were skeptical, putting it off for 3 years b/c it looked like an Olive Garden wannabe. And I kinda still think it is. Like a cross between Olive Garden and Applebee's? It's weird. But I loved it! The food was incredible, the server (Kathryn) was fantastic, and everything was so quick! Such an amazing first impression. Hard to find good customer service these days. The past 2 times, I've gone out to dinner, the servers have been so unprofessional. We'll definitely be coming back.

A very disappointing attempt at getting lunch here today. Ordered the turkey and bacon panini half sandwich, it arrived cold and the turkey was a processed thinly sliced loaf meat. The minestrone soup was watery and tasteless. The best thing about our visit was that the manager was very understanding and we were not charged.
