Services Unlimited Heating and A/C

As always HVAC repair is so expensive but I think thats just how it is across every business. I will be doing business with this company again. I dont feel like the guy was trying to sell me anything and even caught an error from the last technician by not replacing refrigerant caps last time it was inspected. Rico did a great job and his customer service and positive attitude was exemplary

Rico was excellent at the work that he did. He was very thorough in the work and prep work. Easy to talk to about the service and the problems found. Although Rico was very good at what he does, I was out of heat for over a week because Services Unlimited has an issue with scheduling or calling back in a timely manner. Granted my schedule caused some of this, but when a person is told that someone will call right back, I take that as calling back within a short term of time and not 4 to 6 hrs later to where I have to call back and see what the statu is.
