Breakfast was like paper and cardboard nothing there for a diabetic and there wasnt any decaf items, very disappointing.
Rooms: Was great, medical trip so room was comfortable loud in hall and room above us. Bathroom not occomadated for physical disability people. Tub unsafe.

I checked in my name is Mrs. Atkins and I stayed in March 2024 I had great experience with the front desk manager and a great experience with one of the front desk lady Mrs. F. Thank you Lady's for being nice and doing what you done for me. I will stay again when in North Carolina? Stay at this hotel. it's nice and clean. Great front management and great front desk service.

Great place, safe parking, close to airport, and great food and shopping options.
Shuttle service if needed, and they are very helpful with food choices or travel arrangements ( Uber, Shuttle, etc..)
If you travel often, they set up rates very easily.

This hotel is great as long as you don't ask the front desk staff for anything. They aren't nice and seem bothered. When I checked in, there were no clean towels in the pool. There were dirty towels laying around ..but none clean. I asked the lady at the desk for 4 towels for my 4 kids. She gave me 3 and barely said 2 words to me. Never greeted me when I walked up. The next day, we went back to pool. Again no clean towels and the SAME dirty towels that were there the day before were still in the pool area laying around on chairs. I went and asked for towels. Another lady was there and she gave me some. My kids swam, we went out to lunch, and then after dinner my kids swam again. After dinner, I went and asked for 4 more towels. She gave me 2 and had a huge attitude (3/9/24 2nd shift). Scolded me for asking for more towels..told me she already gave me some and said "you're not the only guest in this hotel." I was shocked and told her the towels she gave me was about 5 hours ago but still wet. I offered to put our old towels in a bag and bring them to her. She said no she didn't want them. So she scolded me for already asking for towels...but then when I said I would bring them back to her..she said she doesn't want them. That makes no sense..i went, got them,and gave to her anyway. When I went back to the pool...the same dirty towels that were in there yesterday and today were AGAIN still there. If the staff checks the pool and gathers towels..they would have towels to wash and pass out Instead of treating people badly for needing towels for their kids. The water is very cold. It may be heated, but not enough. My kids were shivering and had blue lips the whole time they swam. Cranked the heat up in the room to compensate the very cold pool. I saw several adults come to swim but left after putting just their feet in.
So if you're staying there, don't be surprised when the staff is rude because you ask for something. The room itself was good and seemed clean. Housekeeper was very nice.
