Some of the best customer service and professionalism I have experienced with a home repair/service. So, ask for Mr. Clark, he and his assistance explained the entire process to me and what needs to be done in order to properly fix the AC unit. I used my warranty company, but make sure to tell your warranty company to send Air Kings to your house, do not settle for less! Thanks to my interaction with Mr. Clark, I have gained much needed knowledge on how AC units work and what needs to be done to keep them properly running. I highly recommend Air Kings Heating and Air! When our AC died in July our home warranty company recommended them. Mike Clark responded the same day I called and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. For 10 years we had our unit serviced regularly by a local company but Mike fixed the AC quickly, educated us about our unit, and eliminated hotspots in our home. Technicians from our previous provider were not as friendly or informative! We are switching all of our HVAC maintenance to Air Kings Heating and Air. Service: Repair AC
