Here's the thing that I don't like; you have to contact someone by phone/text let them know what you want and they give you a price. There has been a time at this establishments where the amount I was told to pay was questioned. I ended up paying what I was told but it would be great if there was a visual price list, instead of what feels like arbitrary pricing. Many times people are charged different for same styles.Although you are making appointments, when you arrive there are others there with possible same appointment times, so there may be a wait for them to scramble to find you a hairdresser or move stylist around to do your hair or call them from home to come in for your appointment. At least here the hair stylist are nice, they try to accommodate your request and genuinely apologetic when problems occur. A little more organization would be great and better communication about services upfront and having someone you speak with and feel comfortable and confident you are making an appointment that will be honored. I am always able to schedule appointment, no long wait time for appointments. I make my appointments at least 1 week ahead, anytime longer I think they wouldn't remember or stack other appointments on my time so I stick to 1 week out. I have had several people do my hair here and each have done a great job. I look around and maybe only one that I wouldn't want to do my hair but she does a certain style of braid not the braids I usually get. I usually get knotless and some braids are uncomfortable but if you get braids you understand depending on the person or your head sensitivity it can hurt. Overall my hair is never too tight or have they pulled my edges too tight. The braids are neat. Even though you may have several people on your head my braids seem to be cohesive. So the quality of work is good. Price is reasonable for knotless. These were $200. They took longer than usual I was there from about 10-4:30pm. Started my hair probably 11 usually takes 3-4 hrs. I'll go back, work is good and the stylist have been nice. Standard operating procedures should be established and better organized with appointments and pricing where your customers are more confident they are getting fair pricing and appointments that are honored and ready at time of appointments.
