We purchased a living Room sat for a vacation home that we have at the coast. Our sales person, Martha, was very helpful in helping us pick out and understand the various choices. We picked up the furniture and drove it to our home and discovered that the love seat was a different color from the couch when we unwrapped it. We called up the store and spokewith the manager. He agreed that they would deliver the proper colored piece of furniture and pick up the old one at their own expense. This is good customer service. While they made a mistake they made a huge effort to correct it and we will definitely shop there again.

I have to drivers one and half hours yo buy in Kimbrells Downton Raleigh but I love Mrs Marta se has Been our sales person during ten year she is very Nice person
