Carlton's goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction!!! They actually remade a flower arrangement for me when someone ordered delivery not knowing I'd be out of town for a week. I couldn't believe Carlton's was so gracious about the mix up. I won't ever get flowers anywhere else!

Ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered the next day! She Loved them! Bright happy flowers better than what we expected! Definitely highly recommend!

The service I received from this florist was exceptional! I called for a same day delivery and the flowers had been delivered within a few hours. The recipient said WOW!. Thank you for the great customer service and obviously she absolutely loved the arrangement she received! Also the delivery service was above and beyond making sure the flowers were delivered as instructed, and then the florist contacted me to let me know the flowers had been delivered. AAA experience!
