Genuinely disappointed with the service. The food was great and deserts were delightful but... Wine menu for reds is very limited, Pinos, Cabs and Merlots, that's it?! If like me you like Italian, well bring your own, no Brunello, Borrallo or even a decent Chianti. I get it, the restaurant at the local level can't control the wine menu and there is an easy fix. My main issue was the service. Now, every one is extremely polite, friendly and courteous, but the details were missed, and I am comparing this location to the Fleming's in Charlotte and Ruth Chris in Durham, which I think is very fair. 1. We had to pour our own wine every single time, even the first time. 2. When the Steaks were brought to the table, the server did not wait for us to cut into the Steak to make sure they were cooked to order, (they all were perfect but no one checked!) 3. No singing for my 3 year old's birthday when they brought the desert?! no surprise element, even the candle was lit at the table! What's the point if it's not a surprise and no singing? 4. We had to ask for extra spoons and plates for desert even thought there were two deserts and four adults. I may be nitpicking but they can do much better if they put just 10% more effort at this location. That 10% would enhance the experience by 90% because all the fundamentals are already in place. I would like to go back to this place and enjoy my dinner just that much more. :)

Delicious Easter Sunday brunch. Great service, and the Easter brunch menu offerings were outstanding. My son's ribeye came to the table undercooked for rare, but the attentive manager making rounds saw the issue almost immediately and brought it back to the kitchen to be addressed. Proactive service!

We had a wonderful Easter Brunch today. Victoria was our server. She was so sweet, kind, and took great care of us. Oh, and the food was amazing too. We will be back soon. Linda Wilkes

Easter Brunch special menu. Our group of four had all three choices of entree. The Filet and Porkchop were very good. The service was outstanding. Where we fell very short (tasted good thou) was the: BABY GEM SHELLFISH LOUIE north Atlantic lobster, colossal shrimp, jumbo lump crab, radish, celery, capers, chives, pickled onion, agave lime vinaigrette, Old Bay on a bed of Campari tomatoes & brandy mustard cream | $52 For the $52 You couldn't find the lobster, there were a only couple of pieces of lump crab and the "Colossal Shrimp" was one medium shrimp that was sliced in half to look like 2 pieces. We mentioned to the mgr. the lack of actual protein on the dish and he kindly brought us 1 more medium shrimp each that was sliced in half. Even with the gesture, the entree was underwhelming for the price. Guess the lesson here is when you go to a steak restaurant, order steak. .
