        Update: Can't believe I paid $400 on a pair of double visioned glasses Origninal: Never had any issue with their staff, glasses, or insurance. Came back from my second appointment with them, so far, so good.

        Absolutely the worst! Waited an hour and half to purchase glasses and still wasnt seen. Apparently patients with same day appointments get seen 1st so I was being bumped with no end. I am a patient her my eye exam was so late in the day I had to return for the glasses. Totally the worst customer service

        Cissy was so helpful, and experienced, and guided me toward which features are worth the extra cost and which arent. At this writing I can only comment on her and not the glasses as I havent received them yet (tho Ive had no problems with the one prior purchased here 19 months ago!).

        Worst experience ever. Every time I visit worst experience can never get any help everyone always to busy. They got mad with me because I couldnt see out my glasses obviously yall did something wrong.
