Horrible service. Gave clear instructions on where the cable goes. I turn around and next thing I know guy drilled a hole in the FLOOR. Less than 6 inches from the cable connection on the wall really. Guy left all covers off the boxes around the house. I had to leave and left wife at home bc the guy was taking forever, 4 hours, I come back after done and he ended up running a whole new line to the house when there was one already there. Didn't tell my wife just left a big orange cord runn to the house with no warning or instructions on whats next. Lack of communication, failure! And to top it off cable doesn't even work. Crap contractor, I mean come on Cable is spelled with a C not a K and shitty Time Warner Cable.
