Awesome company we are working with the Waynesville office and love it Kim and Sarah are amazing as well as the direct care professionals, but only down fall is the need for backup staffing, otherwise best company ever.

We have received services from A Small Miracle for over 10 years now. In response to the other reviews about low pay, it is a nationwide problem because these services are generally generally funded. Medicaid doesn't treat a hab tech job as a career even though they should and they don't provide enough money to properly service the IDD community. When you vote to decrease entitlements and Medicaid funding it is usually the people that A Small Miracle service and others like them that get their funding cut first. Sarah Jane is a great QP and no matter who your provider is it will all come down to how good your QP is.

I called recently to inquire on a job with A Small Miracle. I spoke with Sarah-Jane Fitch who is a “QP” there. She gave the run of the job and the qualifications for the job. As she spoke, I could hear her passion through the phone as well as she being confidant that she knows her job through and through. She was respectful and professional. She even eased the tensions of incquiring for a job by making me smile through her happy demeanor and passion for her job. I know that working with individuals who have different capabilities can be challenging and rewarding through my own experiences, and her ability to have such a passion for the job was inspiring. Thanks, Sarah-Jane from A Small Miracle for inspiring me and I am sure so many other people.

They pay as little as they possibly can, much less than is worth the work, and lead you on with saying they reimburse gas then make up excuses for why they can't. And then when they do pay gas they pay less than the federally required minimum. And don't get me started about their "loyalty" bonuses -- hush money, really. If you all can afford to shell out meager quarterly bonuses then why can't you increase our pay or just pay for the mileage we drive in our own vehicles? It's no wonder they're always needing workers when we're just expected to accept such low pay.
