The best dentist I have ever meet. Professional team that move earth and heaven to satisfy patient. Dr Smith call every dental implant manufacturer to get old implant that is not being manufactured anymore and after weeks or searching and calling every dental implant company, he was able to track few remaining pieces to Lab in California. Without his diligence, I would have to have the old implant removed and undergo complex surgery. I possible, I would fly back to Raleigh and kept him as my dentist.

Within four hours of desperately searching the web for local dentists to relieve my severe top wisdom teeth pain, I had scheduled an appointment, filled out preliminary paperwork, had an x-ray and was walking out of this practice pain free after a successful extraction of two teeth. How fortunate I was to select this dentist out of the many choices in the Raleigh area. Dr. Pennisi and the staff I met were genuine, experienced and up-front about the entire cost and process from start to finish. Zero pressure to up-sell me on any procedures. The total I paid was very low with dental insurance, but I would have paid the very reasonable non-insurance rate in a heartbeat to end the misery I was in. I'm writing this review on my own accord--not for some future discount--to let those who are suffering (or just looking for a simple checkup) know about a great dentist in the Raleigh area. For those who can't decide between the dozens of local dentists, give Dr. Pennisi a shot. He even followed up with me on the phone later that night to see how I was doing. Nothing but good things to say about this practice!
