    I have been going to the dentist for years! This is the first time that I had a bad experience while getting a cleaning! The hygienist was very rough in my mouth. Within a couple of minutes my mouth was sore just from her brushing. When the dentist came in, I did not even know she was the dentist because she did not introduce herself and had no personality what so ever. The doctor that is on the website does not work at the practice and was not the doctor that I saw. I read a review after I got home and I completely agree with them. "Hygienist was very rough when cleaning my teeth. I'm now in pain after my cleaning when I didn't go in with any dental pain prior to the visit. I'be had many dental cleanings in my life and this was the worst one by far. Also didn't appreciate being lectured and talked down by the hygenist like I was a child either. Going to find a new dentist... the only reason I'm not giving one star is that at least my teeth were cleaned." -Nicholas

    I couldnt be happier with the professional, caring, friendly staff. They make all the difference. I have had a cleaning, a filling and a crown put on at this location, and have had a good experience each time. I would recommend this office to a friend!

    I was really leery about going to a dentist that was in a Sears and after reading the reviews, I was even more scared. Thank goodness I gave them a chance! The receptionist was patient with me even thought i didn't have my insurance when I initially called.The hygienist was awesome and made me feel at ease right away and the dentist gave me several treatment options for the loose crown that I had been dealing with for over a year. He listened to my concerns about money and gave me several treatment options and we settled on one that was cost effective but helped the issue. The work he did was outstanding and I cannot even tell that there is any composite on my teeth. He made me feel like my opinion mattered and that was very important. The best was that they were able to do the X-rays, the cleaning and bonding all in one visit. They definitely have a patient for life!

    I had concerns before I arrived that I tried to address over the phone. I called and was asked to come into the office and they would talk to me then. When I arrived I asked about my concerns again before I signed anything. I was asked to complete the paperwork and sign it and my concerns would be addressed when I got to the back. I was treated so poorly by the receptionist "Cheryl" that I requested they give me any paperwork they had in my file so I could leave and never return. I also cancelled the appointment that I had for my son. The paperwork they gave me from a file that had my name on it was confidential documents of another patient. That confirmed I did the right thing by leaving. Wow, what a BAD experience. I'm glad I left and after seeing another comment that confirmed the front end staff was rude I feel I was right to be concerned

    Rude snappy staff at the front. They abused our insurance and maxed what they could out of it. Husbands family has bad teeth, even the baby teeth decay very fast. When they looked at my husband the dentist said, this is what crack will do for you. It was hard enough for me to get him to a dentist to begin with.. and no.. he don't use and never has, he don't even like to drink beer. His only bad habit is coffee. They charged us almost 1.5k and did nothing except send us to the front to make an appointment for later, even tho they said they would be doing the dental work we needed the same day. Husband and I both had a toothache we needed worked on, and these folks were suggested by our insurance company. I would not recommend these folks to anyone. We have since found good dentists that are kind, and don't sink into our insurance like a candy store open to the public. They do what's needed and plan out the costs fairly with us.
