      image I recently talked to Kelly Hunter (H.R. Admin) about being double charged at their Carolina Ale House White Oak location. She was rude and dismissive. She also reassured me that this happens all the time. Did not seem concerned that their vendor (BB&T Merchant Services) steals their customers money. Its ridiculous to punish consumers for patronizing your restaurant(s)

      Mr. Alford, please give correct information. We did not double charge you. You had a second charge that showed pending in your account. I assured you that this often happens with certain banks and that the pending charge would drop off. We do not have control over your bank and how long they keep a hold on your account. If there were something I could have done to help you, I would have.
