        I too purchased the living social deal and had an incredibly hard time getting the service scheduled. I finally did, two months after they finally responded. Only then to have them be a no show with no call, no email or contact of any kind. Sounds like a pattern to me. I've requested a refund from living social so we'll see how that works out!
