        Called to ask if they had any short term appointments available and Diane gave me such a rude attitude over the phone. Treated me like I was stupid for even asking. I got off the phone with her as quickly as possible because from our short interaction she seemed to be insulted that I even called. Definitely not the way I think anyone should be spoken to.
