        Best Barber in Raleigh! (Female Perspective) Hair type: 4b/4c salt and pepper Stylist: Jimmy is the best! I have a short TWA (Teeny Weeny Afro). I went from long relaxed hair, to "natural" about 3 years ago. I have tried several barbers in the area. None cut my hair as clean and precisely as Jimmy. A beautiful, "feminine" haircut: Jimmy gives me the perfect style, shape, taper and line-up every time. I also like that he is not rough and heavy- handed, as some barbers are with their female clients. I leave looking and feeling great. I get compliments everywhere I go!
