roach/spider/wasp infested - nice staff but they've got a serious bug problem

Disaster property management. I had a leak in my bedroom where water would drip from the ceiling every time it rained and it took them 2-3 months to fix, only did so after I called the city of Raleigh to take action. It has been a month and a half and still havent received my security deposit back. I called the office and they said I had to email corporate and did not offer further resolution. EDIT: it has now been almost two months and my security deposit still hasnt been returned despite them saying it has already been processed. The express move out is nothing more than one more way to take money from you, as they will still discount basic cleaning from your final move out statement, even though the express move out form clearly states you will not have to worry about cleaning the apartment once you move out if you decide to pay a fee in advance. Also, you can hear the people above and below as if they are in the same room as you. If you know whats good for you, avoid this apartment complex at all costs.

Not recommended, false information one Zillow and their own website for pricing. They are at least $500-800 higher on each unit.
