I would so rate this place zero stars if it was possible. WARNING: STAY FAR AWAY. I've never lived in such a dump like this. The office is very rude (especially the Manager Ashley) She has no respect and talks to people any kind of way. The apartment is poorly built. The HVAC unit is very old and the cabinets have some cheap material over them which is suppose to make it look good. I mean, you get what you pay for, but you're paying for the area in this case. So many complaints about my SERVICE DOG, it was ridiculous. One tenant tried to say my dog attacked her (While she was on the leash) and If I paid her, she wouldn't say anything. Only problem with that is, my dog didn't touch her. She saw my dog, ran from her, and fell. This is the same tenant that has 5 different people living in her house, they argue and fight throughout the night, and smoke and sell drugs out of their apartment. I told the office and they did absolutely nothing about it. A former tenant and I were talking while our dogs play and our dogs found weed hidden in the bushes. Ghetto much? They've sent me many letters saying that I was getting charged because dog feces outside. Why assume it's my dogs? There's like 10 dogs in the same area, why would you say it's my dog out of all of them? Tenants walk their dog without leashes EVERYDAY but someone called animal control on mine. If you have pets and care about them, this is not the place to be! This place is a complete rip off. I moved out and the charges that they applied are absolutely RIDICULOUS. They go into your apartment and look through your things. They've tried to charge me for another person living in my apartment that's not on the lease, but NOBODY lived there besides me and my dog. They've tried to charge me for having another dog, but it was the SAME service dog. I am so happy to be far away from this place. If I could camp out and warn people to turn around and leave quickly, I would so do it. PLEASE save your time and don't make the mistake I did.
