We have recently moved to 401 Oberlin and our experience has been fantastic. Tatyana and Kierra have been incredibly helpful with the move in process. The location of 401 Oberlin is a highlight. Walking distance to plenty of food vendors, coffee shops and bike paths.

Dog walking area needs immediate attention
Many issues at 401 Oberlin that management does not address. Trash left outside apartment doors for days, no gym, only a select few tenants given gym passes to Crunch Fitness while 401 gym is being renovated, noise is off the chart. No security. No callbox it has been broken four years, parking deck is used by public and Tupelo Honey employees. Homeless people frequently stay in the building and construction workers who are not paying rent.
The exterior landscaping beds and dog walking area has not been updated or freshened up in over a year. See pictures
Charging for fully renovated apartments and amenities even though current tenants are not living in newly renovated units.
Used to be a great place to live but management exhibits no sincerity in addressing issues/concerns. Nothing but empty promises and excuses.
I used to be their main supporter in the Oberlin Village historical community. Now too disappointed in them to refer new clients.

Living at 401 Oberlin has been the absolute best! The leasing staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and they always plan such fun events to attend and meet new people at!
