        I recently toured this property and I was blown away by the sizable accommodations. Its a clean friendly neighborhood with lots of amenities. Ive been looking to relocate for a while and with the ever rising cost of housing the Dartmouth is totally worth it. The property is gorgeous and the manager, Nicole, is new but very knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. She gave me some tips about eateries in North Hills. Its definitely in my top 5! If you are looking for something beautiful and quaint but within a quick drive of bustling city life this is it!

        ELEVATORS NEVER WORK. Almost every week they have an issue and management does nothing. FOGELMAN this building is falling apart. People smoke cigarettes and pot in the stairwells and entrances. Carpets in hallways are always dirty and you can smell humidity in some of the units. THIS IS NOT FAIR!!! If you are planning on moving to North Hills, this is not the place.

        I loved my stay at Dartmouth. I stayed here for 2 years. Great location, the management and maintenance staff is awesome. Thanks Amanda for all your help these last two years. I can never forget - once I forgot my keys at home while coming back from the airport. Drew came at 3am and opened it for me. I had a lot of fun and great times here. I will recommend this community to anyone in a heartbeat.
