Twisted Fork

Sat for 20 minutes and never got our drinks which were a simple water and ice tea. Can not have been amount of people as entire restaurant maybe had 10 patrons. Saw a table send back food, twice . Another lady went through two stacks of plates looking for a clean one for the salad bar. Cant say how the food was as we walked out after 29 min. Has potential with great location but horrible staff and service. We wont return

Awful experience! Poor management!!! This is so unfortunate because I had a party at this location 2 years ago and had a great service. Not sure what has happened 🙁! I was disappointed with management and her lack of professionalism and disregard to my concerns. Tonight, this restaurant should have CLOSED for the evening due to the fact that over half of the menu offerings were not available; conflict among the cooks in the presence of customers (that’s right...the conflict was so heated, they were close to a physical fight); and lukewarm food. The only highlight to this experience was the waiter who tried to make the best of an unsatisfactory experience. I will never comeback to this restaurant!!!!

Service was terrible, the waitress acted annoyed with us after our order was wrong several times and we asked to receive what we ordered. Those who ordered barbecue items didn’t get their sauce until after the meat was over. The Mac and cheese tasted like boiled noodles with a hint of Windex™️. Food came out cold, meat was dry. For the price you’re paying here, just go somewhere moderately nice instead.
