North State Medical Transport

Had an amazing experience with North State yesterday when they transported my dad to an event. The transport techs, Susan and Martin, arrived right on time and carefully and respectfully transported my dad down the stairs, into the ambulance, got him safely and comfortably into the event we attended and then back home. We could not have been more pleased with these two helping us out. Would give 6 s if I could!

North state is a very professional medical transport company. I used them a couple of time to transport my sister in law to hospital . They are on time , polite and professional. Even our hospital uses them a lot to transfer patient to nursing facility . Great and reliable company

I am very glad we found North State. They took a lot of care with our mother moving from one facility to another. We werent sure how the 4+ hour drive would go but she arrived in excellent shape. We cant thank you enough.

Lane Doby & Hannah Atkins were my escorts to Duke Medical Center in Raleigh from New Bern on approximately 2 hours drive. The driver, Hannah, was very sensitive taking turns, breaking, and driving on bumpy roads as gracefully and smoothly as humanly possible. By far one of the smoothest ambulance rides I've ever had and unfortunately, I've taken more of my fair share of ambulance rides. Lane was sure to space my pain medications out so that the bumpier parts of the drive didn't cause me as much pain, and he was very patient with me, answering any questions I had. I hope you don't need an ambulance ride AT ALL, but if you do, you'd be lucky to ride with these guys.

I am very disappointed with this transport service. You did not allow medical supplies to travel with the patient today. The supplies were needed to manage patients open wounds and care for patient. As a result, the patient arrived at destination without medical necessity items. This caused very stressful and painful situations as the patient arrived at the destination with body fluids on his body and clothing, which leaked from the wound manager system. And no medical supplies were available to change out the wound manager system. The family is in the process of trying to make arrangements to get the medical necessary items to the patient. Which is a cost that the family will now be responsible for. Its a tragedy that this transport system allowed this to happen to my family member. Therefore I wanted to assign zero stars to this review. Additionally, we will make every effort to ensure that this transport company is never used again to transport our family members.
