I've owned a trailer there since 2011 with no problems, till January of this year the park was sold. Lot rent went from $200 a month to $485. The new company never answers the phone or returns your calls. This new company is a joke. I would pay 6 months of checks so when the new company took over they cashed all checks at once so I'm moving my trailer out this month and they will not return my calls to refund me the amount they basically stole our of my account. Beware of new company owners.

How do I get in contact with the renters of these mobile homes ? I drove by also went to the office nobody came to the door, the number online isnt in service.
