Beard Bros. Heating & Cooling

I cannot recommend Beard Bros highly enough!!!! They are absolutely astounding. First of all, Stephanie, the secretary, is INCREDIBLY helpful. I once was working with an HVAC company and was worried they were ripping me off. Stephanie gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision, even though I couldn't use her company! I probably called her three or four times one day, and she just continued to talk me through it . Then, on a different property, I did have the chance to use Beard Bros. The tech explained everything. He ran tests and diagnostics all over the place before trying to tell me what was wrong (not just stabbing at a guess of an answer). He asked me to come look in the attic at the issue. He explained and showed what the problem was, how much it would be to fix it, and made pressure-free recommendations. Our builders really messed some things up, and he always tells me if it's a potential danger to our home, or if I can afford to leave it. I never feel they up sale me, or cut corners. The beard is most epic, as well! If you have ANY problems with your HVAC I would not hesitate to use Beard Bros Inc! Services: A/C system maintenance, Heating system repair

I love these guys because they don't BS or try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. Prices are great. They're very knowledgeable and professional. You're wasting your time and money if you go with anyone else. You'll wish you had found them sooner! I scheduled a quote for an HVAC system at one of our properties for the 2nd week of June 2020. We waited at the property for three hours and nobody came and there was no answer via phone. I still have not heard from this company. Missing half a work day on a no-show is money out of my pocket for no reason. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: You were the only no-show in 10 appointments, most of which were the small, family owned companies that we prefer to deal with. In approaching a task, planning, organization, situational awareness, and a knowledge of your own limitations are paramount. I own a business. I understand how to own and take responsibility for my mistakes. You said you'd be there, and you weren't. It cost our business nearly half a day of time and money. And that's all there is to it.

Danny and crew are fantastic! Professional, on time, and courteous. Replaced my heat pump over a weekend when he knew upcoming weather would be wet and cold. Took extra care and time drying out crawl space to get the job done! Would recommend to anyone, anytime, for any HVAC related issues-small or big. Thanks!
