        Ted installed a new a/c unit a few years ago. First, showed up with a different unit claiming it to be as good as a Trane. Made him return with the Trane unit I paid for. Now, having an issue with the unit and he will not stand behind his work. He actually told me "no problem, I've got you, I'm going to take care of it, don't worry". Now he says "if your finances ain't right, don't waste my time". Wouldn't even come out to look at the unit to see what the issue is. I'm disabled and have a 5 month old grandbaby and a 6 year old grandbaby in the house. Please save yourself the severe disappointment and lack of professionalism.
