Received flowers. Sisters paid $70 for a very small bouquet. Why the order ended up in Princeton, we will never know. We are very close to Benson. It's really sad, they were taken advantage of.

I have been a long running costumer for years, like this is the place that I have always gotten my flowers from. Sadly I will be taking my business elsewhere. 2-14-24 was valentines day and I had recently gotten married. I had placed an order for a bouquet of roses for my wife at the middle of last month with the idea of picking them up on 2-15-24 (this is the reason I gave a extra star). upon picking them up the staff seemed to be a little disarray even though there was only two of us waiting. this was a reason why I took a star. Another reason I took off a star was the fact that the price I was told for the flowers changed three different times. the first time I ordered them it was around 70 dollars, when I called back to pay for the order they said 85 dollars and on that same phone call the price changed again to 93 dollar. ( I paid 87 dollars due to bringing up a quote over the phone that they themselves quoted me, another reason they increased the price was that charged 3% extra on all purchases using debit and credit cards; this was also not told to me when I first ordered the flowers). Another issues was some of the flowers were old and dying and you could make it out by the leaves. Another issue was the service (I understand it is valentines day and it can be stressful) when I asked about the lack of fullness and the amount of flowers, the employee got defensive and hostile.
