        This is the worst insurance company out there. Ask any body shop, attorney , or anyone who has filed a claim, awful is the only word for Allstate

        We picked this Allstate office when we moved to Charlotte, as we have always had a good experiences with Allstate, however, all my efforts to communicate with this office have failed. I have tried calling and leaving multiple messages across a few different days. I have yet to be contacted back. I have also been surprised to find their office closed a few hours earlier then their listed hours of operation on two separate occasions. I would suggest going with a different Allstate office if you live in the Pineville/Charlotte area.
