Can’t say enough great things. Always on time. Very patient with the chaos of having a little child in the house and me working from home while she is cleaning. She does a great job cleaning. She is very thorough and attentive to detail. She was able to get a bad stain off our stainless steel stove top that we’ve tried everything on. Very happy!

Unprofessional and dishonest... I completed her online booking for 3BR 2BA house which was $160. I then let her talk me into the so-called "Deep Clean" for $250. The "Move Out " clean had an impressive list of things to be cleaned so I reluctantly agreed to the $250. She said it was a deeper clean and it included 3 people for 2.5 hours (See attached text). On the day that she came there was only 2 people that arrived to clean. So, of course, it took longer with 2 people than it would have taken with 3, and she billed me $75 more for the extra time that it took. Furthermore the house wasn't even clean when she left ( see video attached ) The floors were filthy... worse than they were when they arrived. Now, if this was where the story ended, I would not be leaving this review. However, it is her customer service that is the worst. When I had the nerve to complain about the UP-CHARGE of $75, that I did not agree to, and the house still being dirty, she got very rude and belligerent. I have never been spoken to that way by someone who is a business owner and supposed to be professional. (See attached text) She said that I cheated her because I paid her the exact amount that she quoted- $250. It is not my problem that she misquoted the job, that's on her and any reputable business owner would have absorbed the cost and still did a good job. However, she blamed her bad job on me. She said that I should have been there to see the filth. Truth is, I was there just 3 days prior to that and the house was actually really clean for tenants to just be moving out- **MUCH** cleaner than when prior tenants had left the house in years past. The tenants themselves had just hired Merry Maids to clean, but during the moveout the floors had been tracked, so I wanted the floors cleaned again. But, as you can see from the video, the floors were far from clean when AleJay received and kept my payment of $250. Then, as you can see in the attached text, I am the crazy one for complaining- Really? Service: Cleaning
