I have. Gone here for yearsfor inspections for the convenience of in and out quick service This is the second time I've had a bad experience here. They failed me a couple of times in the past for wipers and without hesitation agreed to replace Seemed to happen too often so I started checking my wipers for tears prior to arrival Well they got caught once when I sent my wife in and today beware folks

I would like to begin by expressing my longstanding trust in this establishment for my car inspection needs over the past four years. My experiences have consistently been marked by prompt and excellent service, without exception. Until recently, Ive always been able to rely on the efficiency and professionalism here, ensuring a quick in-and-out process. However, my latest visit did not align with the high standards Ive come to expect. Upon leaving work early to ensure my car could be inspected within business hours, I consulted Google Maps to confirm the closing time of 5:00 PM. I arrived confidently at 4:40 PM, only to be informed at the door that they were closing at 4:45 PM and could not accommodate my car inspection. Despite showing that it was still before the communicated last service time, the response was simply an acknowledgment of the current time without any attempt to assist further. I had always understood and respected 4:45 PM as the cutoff time for last calls, with the doors closing at 5:00 PM. This recent experience was not only disappointing due to the inconvenience and wasted effort of leaving work early and traveling across town but was further marred by the dismissiveness of the staff. While I have no doubts about the quality of service and the businesss credibility based on my past experiences, this incident has left me uncertain about returning in the future. It is my hope that this feedback will be received constructively, to prevent similar experiences for other customers and to realign with the exceptional service standards that have been demonstrated consistently over the years.
