FirstHealth Outpatient Imaging

Extremely Long wait times as you first check into the hospital as an 'outpatient'. Then you are called back and you think to yourself, "yes, finally"! Nope, you are called back to one of those financial offices where you get a wristband, talk about payment or insurance, fill out forms, proof of ID, etc. Once that is over, you then are told to walk a mile to the next waiting room in the Radiology department. Once I made it here, things went fairly quickly and everyone was exceptionally nice, but I was the only patient in the 2nd waiting room. This is the only reason I am giving it 3 stars. Waiting 2+ hours for a CT Scan when you are the only one checking in for Radiology is way too long.

The imaging department is awesome. The three wonderful ladies out front helped my son get what he needed done without hesitation. Thank you to these wonderful women.......
