John was outstanding! He exhibited great customer service during the entire process and displayed the true meaning of southern hospitality. I broke down on I-95 northbound and called him to discuss the issue with my tractor . He responded immediately and was there to meet me on the roadside within 15-20 mins and was very efficient. He offered me a ride to a nearby motel while they fixed my tractor and a ride back to the shop from the motel when it was ready. During the ordeal, we spoke to each other as if we were friends and discussed family and various things while we waited for my tow truck to arrive. Our vehicle was in the ditch and we called J&E Towing and Mr John came out and he got our car out of the ditch and never put a scratch on our vehicle if you need a witch out or a tow call John at J&E Towing he is the best around thanks Mr John for coming out at 4am in the morning to get us out of the ditch
