Whatever you do just bypass this place and go to the hospital. The standard of care is so low. I came off a cruise ship very sick went and the very next day. They told me I had the flu and I was just gonna have to wait it out and pretty much gave me nothing. Even though I was coughing, horrible stuff out of my lungs, like I never have in my entire life. A week later I am so much worse I go back in. They barely examine mean she finally give me a five day course of the weakest anabiotic there is. And the smallest bottle of cough syrup Ive ever seen. Made me seem dumb for coming back in. Sent me home. 48 hours later or I cannot stop coughing and can barely breathe. I go to the ER only to find out I have pneumonia. So urgent care sent me home with pneumonia!!! I will never use this facility again ever they told me my lungs were clear when I had pneumonia!! Anyone could tell my lungs were not clear all the way across the room. Just stay away! That vet probably give better care

From check in to check out, every team member I met was excellent. I don't remember their names, was seen on 2/14, but couldn't ask for better care.

Not surprised at the reviews as I had a bad experience as well. Went in to for antibiotics for my wisdom teeth coming in cuz the pain is unbearable, not only was I given nothing, but I was treated with a condescending attitude and I suspect the doctor thinks I was pill seeking. Crazy because I never once mentioned nor do I want pain pills, I wanted antibiotics for the ongoing worsening pain in my jaw and skull due to my wisdom teeth. She shrugged her shoulders at me with an attitude and told me to try oragel. And I'm guessing my bill will still be over $100... for nothing
