        Mr. Barefoot went to my mom's home to put in a new underground pump and water tank. He did not discuss anything with her prior to the work. Therefore, she had no estimate or knowledge of what he was going to charge. He was not personable or very nice. Actually rude and "cocky." Mr. Barefoot did not clean up after the job was completed and left quite a mess, including the water tank and pvc pipe, for my 76 year old mother to discard. He actually told her she would have to move it herself. Not a professional by any standard.
