I went to the care2U to be evaluated for injuries while in the Marine Corps. The clinical personnel were professional and Cared about the pain I have been going through. Hopefully I will see them again because even though I was in pain they did the best to make sure that we were satisfied. Great clinic T C Bond Marine Corps.

Be sure that you check that your insurance is in network before you go to any office! Mine was accepted at first, then kicked back. Had good Service, but stuck with a major bill!!! I was told that it was a "Training , Mistake". So I simply requested a reduction on the bill to keep me as a patient and it was denied. But I was offered a monthly plan to pay it back. A small reduction to show they were truly sorry for ""Their Mistake"" would have kept me and my family. ((((So when the owner reads this review)))) Dear owner: you have a great facility, but do not respond to this to make this seem as my fault!!! We talked in private, you heard my concern, you apologized for not checking network, and said it was the staff that did not do what they were supposed to do. *THERE IS NO REAPONSE UP HERE TO MAKE IT BETTER!!! *THERE IS NO EXCUSE *YOU CAN APOLOGIZE IN RESPONSE **** OR CONTACT ME, REDUCE THE BILL ON YOUR MISTAKE, AND KEEP ME AND MY FAMILY AS PATIENTS**** THANK YOU

Dr Lynch and his staff have been a blessing we moved here in 2018 and have been extremely happy with him and Staff. Dr Lynch has returned calls on Saturdays, prescribed medication over the phone, followed up and even was ready to meet my wife on Sat at the office. I can not speak highly enough of his professional attitude, care for his patients, combined with his very personable personality we consider ourselves lucky to have found him.

I was suppose to go here for my VA exam. My exam was at 9 a.m. they open at 8. I live 45 mins away, I was literally 1 minute away from the office and I get a call. This was at 8:50 letting me know the doctor wasn’t in and I needed to reschedule. I should’ve received that call at 8. VA is reimbursing me for my gas but I wasted my time. Very unprofessional.
