Dr. Feelgood Heating & Air Conditioning

Dr. Feelgood (Josh) responded to my request for service within an hour of calling him. He came out at 8pm to fix my A/C unit and was here for a total of 10 minutes before identifying and fixing the problem! Very nice guy and very reasonably priced! 10/10 will call him again if I ever need HVAC service.

When my husband & I got up this a.m., we noticed that the house was quite warmer than it usually is. We checked the thermostat, and it was much higher than we usually set it. Like 10 degrees higher than usual; But it has been record breaking heat for a week or so, also. Well, by 11:00 a.m. our home was unbelievably too hot, and the thermostat was rising. My husband got on the internet looking for a A/C repair company. Of course, everyone he called said they may come tomorrow or Wednesday. That wasn't going to work. We thought about staying in a motel tonight. But my husband found on his computer Dr. Feelgood Heating & Air Conditioning and started reading his reviews. All GOOD! Roy called and he said, "I can be there this afternoon". We were not expecting that, but as promised, he showed up. We had all the windows open, trying to cool off and he drives in our driveway. My husband explained what was going on and in less than an hour, he found and fixed the problem and at 8:00 p. m. we are sitting in our living room cool, calm and happy. His price to fix the job very reasonable, he was very professional, friendly and he just made you feel like you had been friends forever. He was a hard worker and wasted no time in getting the job done. Very impressive and we would recommend him for all our a/c and heating problems. Thank you, Joshua Smith, for saving the day. Discovered on a Sunday that my a/c was not working properly. Googled repair company's and Dr Feelgood was one that popped up. Sent in for a price quote and Josh immediately called. I must say I was reluctant at first not knowing anything about his company. He showed up in just a few hours and had everything fixed in less than an hour. Dr Feelgood will definitely be my go to for all of my heating and a/c needs. I will highly recommend him. Thanks Josh for being so professional, efficient and just down right nice. Dr Feelgood (owner is Josh) has done HVAC service for me on two occasions. Both times, he quickly responded. The service and value were excellent. Josh is a professinal in every way. Without hesitation, I would call him for anything and highly recommend him to others.

Well.... what can I say about Josh that hasn't already been said?? Exceptional customer "CARE" (not just service), meaning, Josh really cares about his customers even days later he has checked bk w me twice now. Amazing, selfless and humbling for a woman to find someone she can trust to be honest and he diagnosed the issue w confidence. He gave me professional and personal advice that saved me alot of money, that alone is not something you find often.. I could tell from our first conversation and how fast his response was called at 10am and was in another county, was finished and leaving my house at a lil 2pm. I definitely would highly recommend him for all your HVAC needs or if you just have in general questions from a professional thats informative and knowledgeable. He's a straight shooter and will tell you like it is or give you options to think about.. I will be using him on all my future projects and praising his name if anyone ask, just like the song goes..... Who you gonna call... "Dr Feelgood"!!!
