The 2-Star rating I've given this is based on the overall time I've spent at this location. I've been eating at this Wendy's for nearly 20 years, and it's always been the same. Every time I've visited (except maybe twice) there has been some type of problem. They either get the food wrong due to the lack of listening, or they will get an attitude with you for something that wasn't your fault. Some of the employees are alright (I mean, ALL of them can't be bad) but there are a select few that are always there, and they make eating at Wendy's a crappy experience. I usually just go through the drive-thru just so I can avoid the cashier and the bad atmosphere inside. I've visited other Wendy's locations in my travels, and I always think to myself "I am so glad I'm not in New Bern." I honestly and truly think that this Wendy's needs a completely new building, along with new management.
