WARNING: This place practices retaliation. Sent a complaint. They respond by canceling appointments. Was referred here by V.A Asheville under Community Care. Not recommended at all. If I could give negative stars, I would. Called about Billng after not hearing from staff last week. After talking to the staff person, she gave me a number that does not even exist. When I called her again, she insisted the # was correct. When she realized her error, she then gave me two more numbers. Numbers that no one answers or return phone calls. I've been seen 3 times, and each time, I feel like an idiot and worse than when I came in This place should be renamed Appalachian Euthanasia Services. That is what they really want to be doing. I am going to complain to whomever licenses these places. If I could, I would call the Police and have the place locked and staff arrested. Have the T.V. Tnerapist turned off. Place is a scam fraud. Hope to get licenses revoked. I am going to contact V.A to get seen elsewhere. Do not go here!

Western NC has very limited resources. There is an abundant need for many different services as more and more people are retiring in this area. This is depleting availability of people offering these service, lengthen wait time and shortening patience of those willing to serve. I had to wait 2 years to find a place that was willing to help me. I am happy to of found ACS, as they were quick to serve and help me find my path. I am now 2.5 months in and feel like I my life has improved. I did not give 5 stars as the facilities are behind, however, understand the limited resources given to services like these to improve service.
