I generally like to buy my Lottery tickets here, twice a week, even though many times, I have to wait for another person, that is spending Way too much money on chances, & they buy, turn in the winners & buy again, over & over! There's suppose to be some Law about a separate register, & attendant, for the Loto tickets, but I never see stores, using the system. Tonight, I just wanted some chocolate, & often take advantage of the "Managers Special", on the counter. There wasn't anything there I wanted, so I picked up 2 candy bars, of the shelf, where they & most candy bars, are marked - 2 for $2. After waiting 5 minutes for the Fool Scratch off player, to get out of the way, I laid my 2 bars on the counter. 2 minutes later, the attendant finished her Lottery business, & scanned the candy bars. First they showed at $3.19, she did something else, & it backed off to $2.76! I politely told her they were marked 2 for $2, plus tax. She said the price had changed. I told her no one had changed the Advertised price, & if That was the Case, I'd put them back! Nothing she could do, or Wanted to do, so I Did, put them back! Next time I want a candy bar, & a Lottery ticket, I'll go across the street to Rite-Aid!!! There Cheaper anyway, with No waiting!
