We were sent to Northern Hospital for lab bloodwork. We were told to go to ER department to register due to it was Sunday. They told us they did not have our order for bloodwork. They told us we had to see an ER doctor to get new orders. I called my pediatrician she said the orders were sent to them on Friday.

¡¡!!BIG SHOUT OUT TO ALL STAFF!!¡¡ If possible I would rate this hospital a negative 100. From previous experience from myself, friends, family members, and patients of my own, I have experienced and witnessed many of times mistreatment from all staff. The lack of character and bedside manner is seriously enough to make headline news. Not considering the lack of educated nurses that just parade the halls and sit behind desk to judge and try to prosecute you all at the same time, as if they have never experienced a visit to a hospital themselves. In my personal opinion, take it how you will, there needs to be a convention held to reteach the staff how to appropriately speak to other human beings especially at a work environment. Rudeness is not comforting to anyone nor does it look good when you speak to fellow medical professionals. If anything, you just hender your reputation even more. Think bigger, think and act for a better future especially in these trying times.
