    The food here is very fresh and the owners and staff are very friendly. The restaurant ambiance is low-key and the menu is not extensive but it's all delicious!

    The food is good. There is no doubt. My rating goes to their customer service. Dine in customer service is ok. Take out phone attitude - very very unprofessional, rude and unpleasant. 4 different occasions on take outs - every single time. I kept going back because of the food BUT NOT ANY MORE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT WIN OVER GOOD FOOD. The person answering the phone, i believe the owner was soooooo rude - that he was doing a favor by answering the phone. "I am so busy i cannot take your oder - go to the website and place the order" in the rudest tone you can imagine. BEcause of his food i DID go to online to place the order. No acknowledgement that the order has been received or when the order is going to be ready. Waited 20 mins not knowing if i was going to get my food. After 20 mins a rude voice calls to let me know my order is ready...I told him that i did not want it any more as i did not even get any notification or know that my order was ready. "You do not need it then don't take it..." rude hang up before even asking why? I called back - i told him that his customer service was very bad...he hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. JUST RUDE. I sent him an email...read the whole email conversation here: ----------------- Hello I had just placed an order on line BUT disregard it. It's been more than 15 mins and you have not even acknowledge that your recieved my order. You told me on the phone that i should go and place the order from the caterning link. How unprofessional you guys are - just unblieveable. I loved your food that's why without much minding your absolutely unprofessional tone on the phone i went to your website to place the order. Oh my this is not the first time. Even in the past i have got the same treatment from you guys - very rude and unprofessional. You have no sense of customer service. Some days you say you are out of rice- ok so you are - but there is a way of saying things- the manner in which you say things makes a huge difference. I am truly unsatisfied and I am not going to hesitate to write an online review. Sorry sometimes even good food does not win over bad customer service. ---Their response----- I am sorry you feel this way and you are one of the few. We treat our customers with respect and thats why we have 99% return customers Everyone can make a mistake here and there. Learn some business etiquite before opening up a business. I will give you some free advice. First rule of the thumb- be polite to your customers. I do not doubt you cook good food and that's why i have been putting up with your take out orders attitude; but my friend your food is not a winner any more. Your bad attitude and temperment does not entice me your food anymore. You should NEVER hang up on a customer. To make your business better - you should always LISTEN to what your customer has to say. Your are NOT doing your customer a favor when the customer comes to eat at your place. REmember, you put food on your table BECAUSE WE CUSTOMER come to eat at your restaurant. Your website is a piece of crap. The catering link does not even send an acknowlegement receipt that the order has been received. Customer needs to know if their oder has been received and the time they should expect their order to be picked. When you run out of some food in your restaurant you POLITELY tell the customer not YELL at them. I admit that when i have dined in; I did not have any issues. But i have called in for take out orders from you more than four times and each time you have just put a BAD TASTE in my mouth with that attitude of yours. I will make sure that the friends I had in the past brought to you restaurant never eat at your restaurant again. Yes a review is coming up online.

    Really looked forward to trying this out! Unfortunately the sign in the door indicates they have likely gone out of business.. Bummer. Padlocked by the Sheriff and contact the landlord if you want to get in.. :(

    Holy cow! Run, don't walk here. On a whim I stopped in on my lunch hour (first time). I had the Chicken with Rice and Bread and it was amazing! This is for sure going to be my new favorite lunch spot.
