Dr. Josiah Chen is a caring, conservative, honest and professional dentist. Weve been going there for many years and we get treated like family. Ive had a few issues here and there, and he just tells me to come in and hell take care of everything! Ive had billing issues at other places, but Ive never had an issue here. They give me the estimate ahead of time, go through my insurance, and I know exactly what Im paying - never any hidden surprises. I moved away from Morrisville a few years ago, but I still go out of my way to go to this office. I definitely recommend him.

I've brought each of my five children here.  Customer service and cleanliness are as good as it gets.  The dentist is extremely personable and customer friendly.  The office is easily accessible with plenty of parking.  Would recommend to anyone.

I honestly don't know how Dr Chen is legally allowed to practice. This place is all about getting your money and nothing more. I was told I had 6 cavities by Dr Chen which was a shock since I'd only ever had 2 in my life to that point. I allowed him to fill 3 of them on 1 side but they were extremely crude fillings that did not fit the contour of my other teeth and he didn't bother to polish them. I didn't go back and instead went to another dentist who couldn't find any sign of the other 3 cavities Dr Chen told me I have. The other dentist finished the fillings Dr Chen did and actually replaced one that had already cracked.
