Lenovo's website defaults to use your rewards points on orders. $717 stolen. I won't be doing any further business with this company.

My purchase of Lenovo Yoga 7i was a complete FRAUD!! I paid $1,630 dlls. I was able to send it back for repair after 3 months I bought it due to manufacturing defects, and what I got from the repair center was a different model and S/N with a dent right next to the headphone as if someone had hammered it. Im not even trying to do anything else with it like checking the software. Im afraid to do anything else. Why does Lenovo do this kind of shady business practices? I have lost a lot of personal time, money and missing deadlines from work trying to resolve these many issues. Unfortunately, I am stuck even with a replacement thats even worst than the original purchase.I called Lenovo several times, submitted tickets with pictures/evidence and they keep on closing my new tickets and ignoring me. If youre reading this review ***DO NOT PURCHASE*** anything from Lenovo. Im disputing this transaction with my bank and considering suing them for punitive damages.

I have been a corporate customer of Lenovo before it was Lenovo, when it was owned by IBM. I sure wish it still was. Over these years, I am sure I have bought at least 50 or more computers. My credit score is in the exceptional range and my credit line is 6 figures. I contacted Lenovo to buy 10 computers. The transaction cleared on my corporate credit card. A few minutes later, Lenovo cancelled the order for fraud concerns. They refused to tell me why. I sent a copy of my passport and corporation annual report showing an active company in good standing. They refused to fix the issue or let me speak with someone. I asked to speak to a manager, they refused. What you read here is true, their customer service/support sucks and so does their after purchase care.
