Called to ask about a medical supply and the person answering the call was very rude. Paraphrased "We don't do that, call .....", could be more conciterate over the phone. Doesn't make me want to shop there.

My rate and review on the company is they were great to deal with the came out and fitted me for my wheelchair and they was great to come back and fix the things that needed to be fixed then it seem like all at once they just fell off the face of the Earth I've called numerous times and left the guy that worked on it emails but never got nothing and I've got to depend on my chair alot it's just me and my mother here and I have a type of brace that goes on the side of the wheelchair that holds my leg up and keeps it from falling off I had an accident that screwed up my hip broke my femur and shaddered my knee I'll never walk again and where it screwed up my hip and my femur it just lays over I can't move it and I've tried for 3 to 4 months to get ahold of them to come and fix it I have numerous Dr appointmens I've got to go to and it really kills me to have to ride on a transportation van for 45 min to an hour not counting the time waiting at the office but the bad part the brakes are sticking it's has showed it on the screen numerous times but it's just me and my mom here and that chair is the only way I have to get around the house and the only time I go out is to go to the doctors appointment all I'm asking is I like to be treated right and get my chair fixed if there not going to fix it just let me know so I can try to find a place to rent one I can't use the old type I only got one good arm you would just think I bought the wheelchair from there company and it was a nice Penny you would think they would come fix it and treat the disabled better I sure didn't ask to be paralyzed for the rest of my life just please come fix my wheelchair so I can go to the Dr and get around in the house
