Kim is a real gem to work with. Our first home purchase fell onto 2020-2021 and we chose to build a new construction during the most hectic economic times. Kim has been our rock support in every step of the construction process. Her past successful experience in real estate has made it possible for her to quickly identify things we would never think about as new homeowners. Her deep knowledge of home buying process and construction has proved every time we viewed our property when Kim performed methodical inspections, looked for signs of potential problems, commented on the quality and finish and made suggestions.
