Edit: I was able to reach someone at Eastern Radiology as whole who was extremely attentive in listening to my complaint. They assured me that they had spoken with the staff and changes were being made to ensure the desk was being run appropriately and manned at the right times. I felt they took my complaint seriously and I expect that they will follow through on their word. The female staff member working the desk at Seashore imaging at 8am on August 27th is extremely unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and represents your organization poorly. I showed up at 7:55am for an 8am MRI. All the lights were off and no one was behind the desk until 7:58am when I knocked. She saw me at the door, rolled her eyes, said nothing, and refused to open the door until 8am. She tossed a piece of paper at me and said “fill it outâ€. Zero eye contact, she was looking at her phone in her other hand the whole time. While I was waiting, she spent the entire time on her phone. When I returned from my MRI, there were people waiting while she was doing her make-up. I stayed behind to suggest that a sign be put up the policy is not to open the doors until exactly 8am so that people don’t either leave assuming the place is closed if its 5 minutes before a scheduled appointment time and all the lights are off (which I was about to do) or to avoid having customers waste time calling their provider to find out if the date/time scheduled were correct. She didn’t even look up, said “ok†and went back to doing her makeup. As long as this woman is working here, I will make sure I get all my MRIs done elsewhere and I will make sure everyone I know avoids Seashore imaging. Thankfully with private healthcare, I can pick and choose where I go. Great customer service is hard, but simply having not awful people working your front desk is easy. Thank you for reading and I hope this is helpful to the managers and/or anyone else.

It's been a little over a year since my imaging. It was a positive experience. I recently needed my imaging sent to a physician. Seashore made it very easy.

I actually wasn’t a patient here, I came with a friend that was being seen so I waited out in the waiting room. I will say the girl that was at the front desk (her name is Callie) did not give off a great impression what so ever. She had a very poor attitude for a front desk person. She gave little to no eye contact while my friend (a new patient) checked in and was super monotoned. As a front desk person you should be and want to be a helping and happy person and at least smile especially when trying to give a first impression of the office. Once my friend went back to be seen, she started to eat your sandwich at her desk and then called someone on speaker phone to see if another patient of record could be seen to get an MRI. She didn’t even have much of a personality with the lady on the phone. After hanging up she continued to huff and puff. Working in the healthy care field, I know that this isn’t how it should be. I would hope that someone will address this situation before it happens to more people.
